Ms Gay Ireland is a nationwide community civic and social project designed to overcome stereotypes and to encourage a civic and social spirit amongst the contestants and their friends.
The winner will then go on to represent Galway in Waterford at the Ms Gay Ireland final.
In order to enter, all contestants must self identify as being gay women, be over 18 and willing to participate fully in the event. Each winner will represent the venue or association and is expected to take part in the ‘civic element’ of the competition.
Anyone who thinks they have what it takes to be Ms Gay Galway can enter by logging on to www.edenexperience.com and fill in the entry form or entry forms available from The Stage Door Bar in Woodquay.
Tickets are €5 and are available from The Town Hall Theatre box office, firstname.lastname@example.org, by phoning 091-569777, or visiting www.tht.ie. The Ms Gay Galway after party will take place at The Stage Door Bar.
